1) block does work<br />
2) block does stack with rifle and pike<br />
3) higher accuracy does definitely allow you to avoid the defences more often<br />
4) Cob + block is quite amazing<br />
5) rifle block by itself is very weak at the best of times and worse vs a high accuracy opponent<br />
6) block does definitely reduce incoming damage by the advertised 50% though damage does not show in the combat spam for the blocked shot (it does over the head though)<br />

therefore: Block does work, just not very useful vs master attacks with just rifleman block mods<br />

I have been informed that I may have miscounted a little - the variance is slight but I will correct it when i get some sleep and finish work!(working from screen shots >_< *bonks self *must turn on /log before I do a test like this again!<br />
