I may be talking out of my ass here, but from my experience, each of the different camps has a different rate if healing, and it increases by .10 for each level.&lt;br /&gt;

However, so far all of my Ranger camps (if I remember right) have been .95.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I also believe that this modifier is not working properly, as there is a fix for &amp;quot;larger camps heal faster&amp;quot; in the new update. If this was working, I would assume this wouldn't be there, as they already do. That and the fact that I've not really noticed a big difference in the rates per camp.&lt;br /&gt;
