According to this post from the backup forum [[http://swgforums.swganh.org/viewtopic.php?search_id=1135094336&t=434508]], the /cityban and citypardon commands can be executed by the Mayor of a city or a member of the Militia of a city. As I understand it, you can be any level of Politician and be a Mayor of a city. Therefore, the abilities are granted based on whether or not you are Mayor and not by any particular skill box. Also, the Mayor can form his own Militia in the Martial Policy I (Militia) box a.k.a. (X 1 X X). Therefore, you can have those abilities without having any Politician boxes at all. I'm not sure how to add that to the list of abilities on the page since they aren't exclusive to being a Politician (or even a specific box), but I wanted to document those things here.

		+	Also, /cityWarn was taken out of the game prior to Patch 14. I would believe that some communities might want that ability put back into the game. I am curious as to the official position on putting things like that back in that were taken out.
