Game MechanicsThe galaxy wide vendor search is a system added with the publish 14.1 patch which allows player vendor contents to be displayed through the bazaar system. The system includes keyword searching and price filters that allow players to input the name or partial name of an item and / or designate a min or max price to sort results by. The system also includes a way for players to create waypoints to the vendor location and more identifiable information about the particular vendor such as its current distance from the player's location and any relevant access fees set at the vendor residence. By default, player vendors are automatically included in the system at creation. If a player wishes their vendor to be listed on the galaxy wide vendor search the player must open the Vendor Control radial menu and select the Enable Vendor Search radial option. To turn it off the player must select the Disable Vendor Search option. In order to view the galaxy wide vendor search results or to perform search queries, a player must first use a bazaar terminal. Galaxy Wide vendor searching cannot be performed from player vendors.
