Resolution

Set PagedPoolSize to 0x0 (Auto-detect)
Run > Regedit > HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SYSTEM > CurrentControlSet > Control > Session Manager > Memory Management

Why?

If the PageSize is set to low (under 600mb) the client cannot access enough memory to load the required parts from the .tre files.
