Release Notes

redid the npcs, removing unneccessary tables and factories, they are now grouped as persistent npc
split up the attribute tables, so now theres one for items,npc and other objects
added the conversation framework
added trainer conversations and actual ability to train
added random npc chatter and npc chat attribute
added option to reset a databaseresult to a specific row index
probably other small stuff i forgot =)
