Release Notes
- updated sp_charactercreate error return codes so internal error is displayed instead of the empty name error
- added missing insert for the matchmaking table
- the equipped attribute is now added by the procedures if the family is of type wearable, so no need to add it to the default attributes
- starting wearables are updated to be equipped initially otherwise its set to uneqquiped by defaul
