Skill Modifier - Burst Run Efficiency

Skill Mod Details

This modifier decreases the ham cost of burst run by a direct percentage in relation to the skill mod. Basically your Burst Run Efficiency is just a percentage that reduces the cost of Burst Run by that percentage. A character with burst run efficiency either from scout, ranger or squad leader will have a change in their burst run log indicating they are burst running at increased effeciency.
