Ability Breakdown & Details

This is a single target ranged attack. This causes a creature to run in a random direction up to 10 meters away and thus not attack the player while being affected. Duration seems to be a few seconds only. The ability can only be applied on the same creature once every 30 seconds. This ability apparently has a chance to succeed rather than a 100% guaranteed effect on a target.
