Skill Mod Details

Assembly modifiers controls the random 'roll' factor of the initial construction of an item. They determine whether the item will obtain a failure, a success, a good success,or a great success results when adding on amounts to the initial experimentation value of the item. A higher value means a higher chance of getting favorable results (great successes).
