Game MechanicsStructures, like most other object, can be examined through clicking on that structure and choosing the examine radial option. What appears in the examination window depends on the status of that structure. When examining a structure deed, Normally a structure would have its base attributes however when surplus maintenance or power are left in the structure after redeeding, the Surplus Values are shown when examining the deed.
