Structures, like most other object, can be examined through clicking on that structure and choosing the examine radial option. What appears in the examination window depends on the status of that structure. When examining a structure deed, Normally a structure would have its base attributes however when surplus maintenance or power are left in the structure after redeeding, the Surplus Values are shown when examining the deed. When there is no longer surplus value remaining in the structure, the attributes are removed from the deed examination process. Another aspect to structure deed attributes is the "variation of" attribute which appears on any deed which has had a custom name created for it by the crafter other than the default issued one for the object. This variation of attribute lets players know what the item really is.
