The developers decided that Tracking should be a challenge to the player, and did not provide a simple waypoint to follow. Tracking does provide direction and distance in the higher skill levels which make it easier to locate the quarry.  Tracking can NOT find what the server has not spawned yet. Ability - Area Track

Description

/areatrack: Gives the Ranger the ability to study tracking clues in the area to figure out what kind of creatures or people have been in the region recently.

Area Track Abilities /area track granted at novice ranger. Range is a fixed/max number of 500m and does not increase with skill. Area Track can only be done outside and while stationary.
