This is a single target melee attack.  This ability causes a 180 second long bleed to the health pool, with a total of 9 ticks at 20 seconds invervals per tick. Description

/melee1hhealthhit2 <target>: This melee attack targets an opponent's body in order to WOUND the target's Health pool. It can inflict more wound damage than One-Hand Health Hit 1.
