/forceChoke <target>: This ability allows a Jedi Master to use the Force to constrict the air passage of the target, doing a considerable amount of damage.

Force choke is a powerful attack that targets the opponent's health pool with a dot effect. This dot ticks every 5 seconds and the total tick length is based on the force choke modifier. Every point in force choke grants one extra tick. Force Choke chooses random amount of damage for the tick and does a series of 5 ticks at the damage selected. These ticks can range in damage from 200-390. Force choke damage obtains a 1.5 x damage multiplier if the target is proned, and a 1.25 multiplier if the target is kneeling thus increasing the possible range of damage selected to 300-585
Force choke does not do an accuracy check vs opponents, it always hits, however its damage can be reduced by force shield and its chance applying the choking state can be deflected through force defense modifiers. Force choke essentially works as a dot and possibly has a potency check. No known value exists for force choke potency, however I propose a value of 75. This potency value would compare against force defense modifiers like how other dots compare with resistance modifiers.
