[MySQL] - Table Update (BugFix)
- npc_chatter: add 326 random sayings for npcs
- persistent_npc: fixed npcs with NULL as name, Removed swoops that got in by mistake, fixed NPC that shouldnt chat...ie jawas and driods
- persistent_npc_attributes: more npc chat fix
- buildings: fixed some coords of a few buildings
- terminals: add Tatooine elevator buttons, still a few to add but this is about 95% of them, Also removed BobTheButton (sorry HTX)
- terminal_elevator_data: elevator spawn coords
