Normal range is: 0 - no rain 1 - cloudy 2 - light rain 3 - medium rain 4 - heavy rain
This is a vector of the direction of cloud movement. Only X and Y need to be applied (clouds dont move up and down). Vector seems to be normalized first, Cloud speed seems to be constant. It may possibly be adjusted by the "wind" speed in the client. |
