but here is the real kicker.. When taking down the lair using no speicals at all my gun would decay 1 point per about 10k damage,.,. which is nearly the same exact speed as if im banging overcharge to get the same amount of damage oky,, well not exaclty the same speed, as 20k damge was 2 points no speicails, and if i used over charge it was 3 points..The big difference is it takes about 1:30 to go it with no specials and 10 seconds if your spaming over charge 2 For one extra point of decay ill use friggin over charge the lair is dead in about 30 seconds as aposed to 4 mins,., to save what 4 poitns decay yea thats a good trade off If i run i could run 3 missions in the time it takes 2 which depending on the gun im using i could buy 2-3 in the time i saved,, in a buff session thats an extra 100k made to save you what maybe 100 points on gun decay??
What does this mean?? well basically using over charge to does nothing to reduce your guns damage vs time used cuase with out it it takes you 10 times longer to do the same damage and there for almost the exact same decay..
Im going to try the other pistol speicals as i lvl up and will add to this post, Im going to have every pistol special in the game except the master BH one fast shot, or spray shot, i dont know which is for pistol.. I will have all gun certs though, as im novice commando, master pistoler, bh 0-0-4-0, smuggler 0-0-4-0 i will test and time all decays with every pistol special cuase soo far from just preliminary findings,, this is way way to fast compared to Rifle, heavy weapons, and carbine decay...
The basic point of this post is pistols decay way to fast compared to other weapons, and its not the normal guns i care about its the tissue enhanced ones,. To have to go trhough all the time, trouble and money to purchase a nice gun that in any other prof will last a good amount of time but with pistoler its toast in 1/4 the time.
A fix for this??? possible coding could be added for when tissues are used in guns they add to the over all durrablity of the pistol? Possibly tissue could effect different weapons in different ways for durra.. That way your normal toss away weapons are fine. I have no problem going through 1 gun a day well the normal guns, the want more disposible products, i guess that is what has happened. But when you put the time and effort in to a great blaster you should get the same or near same use out of it that say a rifleman would get outta there krayt T-21 or a commmando with a krayt flamer,., cuase as it is right now say your krayt geo-stun aint gonna last but a few hours but my krayt t-21 is gonna last what 24+?? no way is that even..
