Skill Mod Details

What does the Terrain Negotiation skill modifier do?

From 0 to 50, the skill increases the climbing speed of the player over hills/mountains
From 51 to 100, the skill increases the crawling speed of the player. This modifier stacks with the group terrain negotiation from squad leader, however having more than 100 in the skill offers no further benifit. It is also noteworthy to mention that a character with no scouting ability may use this modifier via clothing attachments or modded clothing.
