Description This command triggers a discharge from your weapon capacitor and shields to recharge your target's shields. You must have a friendly player-controlled ship as your target, be close in proximity, and have at least a 50% charge in your weapon capacitor. Up to 90% of your shield's max capacity will be used for recharging purposes.
