First off let me say that I just recently joined the ranger professsion and for the most part am I enjoying it. Its nice being one of rare but actually really useful classes out there.

I discovered something that really made me angry today. A few days ago I discovered that when I was a declared member of the "special forces" I got the option to purchase faction perks inside my field base camps (dont have access to the high tech ones yet) The listed prices were cheaper than pretty much anywhere in the galaxy (23k for a SF imperial outpost) However when I finally decided to use the option and buy something I ran accros a rather unwelcome surprise.

The Terminals LIE!

I had the tent setup outside of kaadara naboo and decided to buy some stormtrooper armor boots (listed at 2300 faction) but when I bought them I lost not 2300 but 3450 faction points! I ran another test on Endor and had the same results (the prices were listed incorrectly) I was aware that Rangers were largely ignored by the developers but lied too??????

No, the camp obviously shows and charges the wrong price. I personally think it still bases on the old non-gcw-standing effected prices (2300 faction for a pair of stormie armor boots does "ring a bell" from old days), a simple check would be to check the price on a different planet with a different GCW standing, if the price doesn't change my theory is still correct. From my understanding the term then adds the 1.5x factor because of buying in a camp, but this was always so when buying in a camp IIRC?

The recruiter shows always the correct current price *INCLUDING* racial penalties, the effect of the current GCW standing on the specific planet and eventual discounts (smuggler), this system works as intended as I have noticed mutilple times (yes, also after the GCW revamp) and I had quite some 'data' to base this on as I since the GCW revamp "transferred" about 500k faction points in total with my smuggler alt, buying bases for people and buying/delegating fp for rank and faction pets.
