Skill Summary

Counter-Sniping IV: Advanced Startling Shot give a Rifleman a noticeable advantage over enemy snipers. At this level of mastery, a Rifleman will be able to stay low and well-defended versus posture change attacks. They will also have the ability to block incoming shots more easily, through a deep understanding of the tactics a sniper is likely to use against them.
