System Messages Radial Menus Fly Text SUI Prompts Live Video Media Documentation Jubilee Wheel Testing Chat Logs Game Mechanics The Jubilee Wheel is a gambling game available in star wars galaxies and is a version of the real world [American Style Roulette]. The goal of Jubilee Wheel is to make bets on which color or number slot combination that a simulated roulette ball will drop in, wait for the wheel to spin and let the gambling engine make rolls on the outcome. If the player's bet matches the outcome then the player receives a payout. The amount the player bets in the machine acts as a multiplier against a payout score for each combination of roll turnouts. To play the Jubilee Wheel, the player must first join a Jubilee Wheel gambling station. Players can join Jubilee Wheel stations by double clicking or clicking on the Jubilee Wheel machine and selecting the Join Station radial option or they may click on the station and use the /joinGame command. Doing any of these will bring up an SUI window. Players may also leave the Jubilee Wheel machine by clicking on the Leave Station radial, which will close any currently open gambling SUI windows. A player can remain joined in the game station so long as they are betting. If they go one round without betting, then they will be removed from the station. Other players may also join in the Jubilee Wheel game. Jubilee Wheel Betting Betting in Jubilee is much like roulette. To bet, a player must issue a /bet command followed by an allowable value. Players may bet up to a maximum of 10,000 credits per bet value. Players can bet up up to 44 values per game. Allowable values are: Even - a player that bets even will win if any number is selected by the engine that lands on an even number Odd - a player that bets odd will win if any number is selected by the engine that lands on an odd number Red - a player that bets red will win if any number is selected by the engine that lands on a red section Black - a player that bets black will win if any number is selected by the engine that lands on a black section Low - a player that bets low will win if any number is selected by the engine between a range of 1-18 High - a player that bets high will win if any number is selected by the engine between a range of 19-36 1-36 - a player that bets any number value within this range wins if the value returned matches the value(s) they bet on Special House Advantages Betting these values follow unique rules: 0 and 00 values are listed as "green" colorations in game. The color green cannot be bet on, however the values 0 and 00 can. These values do not fall into the category high, low nor even / odd. 0 - betting on 0 will overwrite any bets that the player has made on other values. If the engine selects 0 then the player only receives the payout relevant to 0 00 - betting on 00 will overwrite any bets that the player has made on other values. If the engine selects 00 then the player only receives the payout relevant to 0 Payout Ranges for values are as follows: 0,00, 1-36 : 37:1 Even, Odd, Red, Black, Low, High: 2:1 Example: A player that bets 1 credit gets 37 credits for selecting the right value within the range of 1-36 Jubilee Wheel Operation The jubilee wheel is set on a fixed timer of 120 seconds upon the first player joining the machine. All bets must be placed within this time period as no more bets are allowed when the wheel begins to spin when the timer reaches 0. The timer counts down in increments: 120 89 58 27 21 15 9 3 At 3 seconds, the betting window is removed, the wheel begins to spin and takes 10 seconds before beginning to slow down. In 7 seconds the first notification of what the number might be is sent to the player. This number is in fact just a random value selected within a range of possible outcomes that the wheel has already determined that are near the value of the actual selected number. The actual selected number is returned 10 seconds later. Following this, the player receives their payout, are barred from making new bets,however in 10 seconds, players are once again allowed to bet as the betting window reloads.
