Game MechanicsThe structure status window is used to observe the internal structure statistics and any external or internal affects on those statistics. To view the structure status window, the player must open up the Structure Management radial menu and choose the Status option. Upon chosing this option the Structure Status window appears. Alternatively, players may select the structure and use the /structureStatus command.
The owner stat lists the character whose lot is being used to keep the structure on. This is the ultimate administrator of the structure and to whom all admin rights spur from.
This stat tells whether or not the structure can be entered by the public or persons not immediately on the entry list. This stat is not applicable to factories and harvesters and is set to private for these structures. Condition This is the hitpoint value of the structure as a percentage. Maintenance Pool This is the amount of credits that are currently invested into the structure and displays how long (in days, hours, minutes) the structure can continue existing before condition loss occurs.
This lists the amount of credits per hour that the structure takes from the maintenance pool in order to keep the structure from decaying
This is the amount of energy that is currently invested into the structure and shows how long (in days, hours, minutes) the structure can continue operating with its current power reserve.
This is the amount of energy that is consumed per every hour that the structure is operational
This is the amount that the maintenance rate is reduced by through having the merchant ability "Reduced maintenance fees." This only shows up when a structure has had maintenance paid into its pool by a player who has this ability. This ability reduces maintenance rates on structures by 20% of their current value. The modified rate is shown to the left with the original unmodified rate displayed on the right in parenthesis. Source References
