Details The Blood Razors were a swoop gang on Biivren. They were formed to assist outcast inhabitants of the planet when the big corporations took over. Their primary activity was to traffic black market goods in the guise of swoop races. A player did some testing on combat with various Blood Razor NPCs and posted a complete log of the results. The damage min/max is calculated from these results.
