A player claimed that this item could be looted from a Skaak Tipper mugger [3].

According to the Patch 12 loot notes, this item could be looted from Stormtrooper NPCs (?), Evil Settler NPCs, Binyare NPCs, Sleemo NPCs, "named" NPCs, Valarian NPCs, Mummer NPCs, Swooper Leader NPCs, Jabba's NPCs on Tatooine, Talus, Corellia and Naboo. [2]
