A player claimed that this item can be looted from Valarian's swoopers [3] and Swooper Leaders [4].

According to the Patch 12 loot notes, this item could be looted from Swooper Leader NPCs, Skaak Tipper NPCs, Sleemo NPCs, Valarian NPCs and Desert Demon NPCs on Corellia, Naboo, Talus and Tatooine. [2]
