Life starts after 10.00 pm and Thursday is a good time to go. The comedy team with the point is great and there's another on the north side with lots of mirrors. It's a big club with go-go dancers.
There's also the Art Museum where you can buy art, also. The Lugansk Region building, city hall, and regional activities building make good picture launches in addition to the several statues and older structures in the factory areas. There is the open market road across from the Rossiya Dept shop for many blocks. It is laden with a huge selection of stores and street vendors and tens of thousands of people each day visit this place. It's exciting merely to go up and down the street and visit the long centers which run parallel to the street.
