Block 1 (Source)

First off - Block does not appear to be broken, not very effective but not broken after several hundred shots and much personal damage on both XJ and I we have this to report

1) block does work 2) block does stack with rifle and pike 3) higher accuracy does definitely allow you to avoid the defences more often 4) Cob + block is quite amazing 5) rifle block by itself is very weak at the best of times and worse vs a high accuracy opponent 6) block does definitely reduce incoming damage by the advertised 50% though damage does not show in the combat spam for the blocked shot (it does over the head though)

ok now on to the data! novice pistol vs rifle block (rifle) 43 hits 14 blocks

novice pistol vs rifle/pike block (pike) 25 hits 20 blocks

novice pistol vs rifle/pike block +cob (pike) 8 hits 48 blocks

master rifle vs rifle/pike block (pike) 34 hits 6 blocks

master rifle vs rifle/pike block +cob (pike) 40 hits 41 blocks

master rifle vs rifle block (rifle) 102 hits 6 blocks therefore: Block does work, just not very useful vs master attacks with just rifleman block mods

I have been informed that I may have miscounted a little - the variance is slight but I will correct it when i get some sleep and finish work!(working from screen shots >_< *bonks self *must turn on /log before I do a test like this again!
