/forceOfWill: Chance to instantly recover from incapacitation. Upon success, character stands and HAM is equalized (remaining HAM is distributed evenly between pools). One chance to succeed per incapacitation. 60 minute timer begins after a successful attempt, but failure does not start the timer.
