This item can be looted from a Valarian's swooper [3], a Swooper Leader [4][6][7], Sleemo scamps [5], Sleemo punks [7][9], Desert Swooper NPCs, [7], Dune Stalker NPCs [8], Binayre NPCs [10].
According to the Patch 12 loot notes, this item could be looted from Swooper Leader NPCs and Sleemo NPCs on Corellia and Talus. [2]
