Karrek Flim's missions have never worked. He gives the "noloc" response when you try to take his first mission. There is apparently no way to get the items for his missions without using client modifications.

Serena Fenner has no .stf file for any dialogues. There are .iff files and .cdf files for Serena but there is no mention of her anywhere including the backup forum.
