Skill - Exploration I (Fundamentals)

Skill Summary
Exploration Fundamentals involve the study of basic hard terrain negotiation. This skill reduces the speed penalty for climbing hills. Eventually, this penalty can be reduced to zero, making an experienced Scout capable of climbing hills as quickly as they can run.
