Release Notes
Lots of cleanup, changes to NetworkManager.
- auto-restransmit of packets.
- inbound CRC checking
- more robust sequence checking
- general cleanup.
- Clock() modified so it doesn't need to use the singleton. (sorry htx, I need this ability. :)
