Release Notes
- Mails are now received when online
- added buyer_success EMail
- Bazaar takes first Cash, then from the bank on purchase
- Money from purchases is send to the bank
- added ChatMessageLib to store all the Chatserver packets - add packets there as you go the bazaar packets have already been added
