Release Notes
- added range checks to entertainer
- updated performance ids in entertainer_performances.sql for Rock
- added radial support to items baseclass in general and use radial for nalagorns in particular
- fixed a potential crashbug with messages being send to valid playerobjects whose clientObjects might be void due to crashed clients. However more messages might be affected
