OutOfBandPackage OutOfBand Packages are structures used to send objects with a message. They are available here, but are only USED in emails. The client will not send one for chat. HOWEVER: The server can be coded to send one as a script or system event. The STRUCT is not filled out because they can be big. They have their own seperate page, see Additional Info.
