Item Details Rebel faction perk that can be requisitioned from a Rebel Recruiter for 1500 faction points. Some factors might change the cost such as being non-human, being a smuggler or other factors. This backpack was obtainable from a Rebel npc for some Faction points. It has been removed from game and is obtainable only from other players. You have to be a declared Rebel to be able to wear it, Combatant or Special Forces. Switching to the "On leave" status doesn't unequip it though.
