Advertising IV: Gives you the ability to operate a Merchant Barker Droid. The barker droid can be purchased from a Droid Engineer and will allow you to put in a message of 128 characters which it will announce every 60 seconds as long as someone is nearby. It will also give people a waypoint that you input if they select him and request it.
