- Heals give XP, tend doesn't
- heal needs you to have a Stim kit in your inventory to function, tend doesn't
- Heal takes a bit from your mind bar when used, Tend gives you wind wounds when used
- Heal does Sitm pack level of healing, tend does worse than the worst stim worth of healing
- Basically, tend is for people who don't have stim packs and need to heal someone NOW
