Underworld I grants the ability for Smugglers to understand all languages even if not previously trained through the Language Comprehension skill modifer. In the games current state most folks know all languages by the time they earn their first skill block. However the Smuggler does get the ability to understand Lekku, the Twi'lek "head tail" languages. Which no non-Twi'lek normally can.

Ever since the GCW meta game was introduced faction players are now always in one of three states, Special Forces (PvP enabled), Combatant (PvE enabled), or On Leave (to all intents and purposes neutral). Ability - Underworld I

Description

A Smuggler deals with aliens every day, negotiating the finer points of a contract legal and otherwise. This requires both good negotiation skills and the ability to understand the languages of the parties involved. This skill grants the ability to understand most languages spoken in the galaxy. It also reduces the cost of all faction perks by 10% for the smuggler.
