HousingStructure maintenance pool empty! FactoriesHarvestersStructure Damaged Notification 1 E-mail sent when a structure has become damaged from lack of credits in the maintenance pool. This notified the player that their structure would be destroyed if the condition of the structure reached 0%. This is the system used prior to 12.1.
E-mail sent when a structure has become damaged from lack of credits in the maintenance pool and reaches 0% condition. When the structure reaches 0% it will be flagged as condemned which makes it so that no player can enter the structure until the accrued repair cost fees have been paid off. This feature was added in publish 12.1.
