City Structure Variations

Structure variations are the individual types of structure items that can derive during the customization phase from crafting a particular schematic. Architects may obtain a choice of styles to choose from with the Small Garden, Medium Garden, Large Garden, Dantooine Meditation Area, Endor Huts and Dathomir Obelisk items during the customization phase of the crafting process.

To use an example for how this process works, we will take a look at Small Gardens. One a player reaches the customization stage, they will see a drop down list box in the top left corner of the crafting window. This box contains 15 different types of items which the player may choose from. The starting variation is always a Small Garden, and any subsequent choice of item will rename the item to what ever is chosen from the list. If a style other than the base object is chosen, the Variation Of attribute is attached to the item with the name of the base object (Small Garden). Each small garden variation has a unique appearance. Each item that can have a variation will behave in this manner. Additionally, item variations all appear on the bazaar under their base item's category, meaning Small Garden variations appear under the Small Garden category listing, Large Gardens variations appear under the Large Garden listing etc.
