Game Mechanics

NPC marks are a make up of faction and neutral npc targets that are selected for each mission. The npc selected is some what random however there is high favoritism towards certain faction groups in the spawning process. A random npc from each grouping is selected as the bounty mark and players may acquire faction losses or gains from killing each respective npc type.
